Frozen Fingers
Frozen Finger Shoot. The winter rendezvous for TAANS at Glooscap Archers.
This is a mixed shoot for compound and traditional shooters.
Glooscap Heritage Archers Association will be hosting the 2025 frozen Finger Garnet Dodge memorial on February 23th

Note: All archers attending the shoot will have to be registered with Archery Canada/ANS.
All archers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian the day of the event.
No pets please.
We will be accepting registration the morning of the event. CASH ONLY. Anyone who would like to pre-register with EMT please contact Lynn Connors @ tlynnconnors@gmail.com.

The Garnet Dodge classes and categories are listed below.
We can offer assistance at registration for picking the right class. Or for more information, www.archerycanada.ca
Compound shooting categories: 60+, 50+, k-50 Senior, Unlimited Senior, Fixed pins Senior, Hunter, U-21, U-18, U-15, U-13, U-10.
Traditional shooting classes 2 arrows: Barebow Senior, Longbow Senior, Instinctive Senior, Traditional 50+, U-21, U-18, U-15, U-13, U-10.
Doors open at 8:00am for Registration/check-in.
Shot gun start at 9:00am.
2 rounds of 20 targets.
First round will be shot in the morning, then there will be a lunch break. The second round will start in the afternoon.
We will have lunch for purchase on site. Chili with roll and a drink. Also sweets snacks will be available. Cash only please.
There are also several other options available five minutes away in Windsor.
The Granet Dodge trophy will be awarded to the highest single round score in the traditional archers class. Also, there will be a small award given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each class in the other categories.
Door prizes will also be given out after the shoot. and our anual frozen finger sticker
You do not have to be a Glooscap member to attend the event. It is open to all Archery Canada/ANS Members.
Please be prepared for the weather and trail conditions. Trails can be icy and wet. We will post closer to the event on the conditions of the trails.
